About Us
Havilla Consultancy Limited was founded to equip and empower humanity. We equip and empower humanity by carrying out life skills and entrepreneurship trainings, coaching and mentoring of individuals and also doing corporate trainings. We achieve this noble task by approaching clientele across the board from schools to private institutions and even county Govt’s. and NGO’s who we partner with. Though many of the targeted clientele are organizations that work with the youthful generation in society who are mostly vulnerable.
The Youth are facing a transforming phase when they are trying to enter into adulthood trying to find solutions, measures to improve their situation and destigmatize themselves from the norm the society has concerning this age set. The youths are talented but most of them don’t have the courage and belief that they can transform their lives and society .This is not because they only lack formal education, but because they have lacked life skills training and people who walked their part one time in life to guide them on how to live in that stage of their life. The youths often find themselves disillusioned after college or secondary education when one has not attained a grade to further formal education or lack of school fees to continue with it. While some from college cannot find employment to better their lives, they have less resources to survive upon, yet they have the energy, skills, gifts and the right talent required.
The lack of these provisions has given rise to severely delinquent youth who are suffering at the hands of the severe harsh conditions. The youths are facing a plethora of problems which are:
- Increasing incidence of diseases, such as the human immunodeficiency virus and the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS), and other threats to health, such as substance abuse and psychotropic substance addiction, smoking and alcoholism;
- Inadequate opportunities for vocational informal education and training
- Lack of opportunity for young people to participate in the life of society and contribute to its development and well-being
- Lack of entrepreneurial and life skills
- Identity crisis
- Low self-value, low self-esteem and low self-belief
- Needful mentality.
- Inequities in social, economic and political conditions which lead to increasing hunger, deterioration in living conditions and poverty among youth and to their marginalization displaced persons in their own society.
- Continuing discrimination against youths and insufficient access for them to equal opportunities in employment
- High levels of youth unemployment, including long-term unemployment;
Thus it is in line with the above that the Company was founded was in order to train and equip the youths with skills for them to live a positive life and nurture their talents that can be of value to the society and help them make a living out of them without much dependence on the government and society directly. It is also a good platform to train the youths on the basic tenents of life like perseverance, hope and faith in Jesus Christ at the same time having life goals that will prevent them from involving themselves in the vices that bedevil the youths and society.

The objectives and mandate of Havilla Consultancy Limited, includes but not limited to Training, Consultancy in Life Skills coaching, mentorship and Talent Management Services, Information System Audits, Empowering Youths to develop artistic skills, talents and gifts for entrepreneurial purposes. Equipping youths with basic life principles as Christian for Character development. Creating awareness to the youths that they can create employment for others if they themselves are empowered and have self-belief. To become a Networking platform for corporates, NGOS and The Youths.
